Why SWANA?
The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) is a non-profit, educational organization serving individuals and communities responsible for the management and operation of municipal solid waste management systems. Dedicated to the advancement of professionalism in the field, SWANA offers its members training programs, technical assistance, and educational opportunities to help meet their ever-growing needs.
The SWANA Washington Evergreen Chapter is a non-profit, educational organization registered with the Washington Secretary of State, Corporations Division. The chapter serves Washington and Montana and offers trainings, technical sessions, and symposia to members and non-members alike. The Evergreen Chapter is led by a volunteer Board of Directors.
